Greater Heights Healthcare
Greater Heights HealthCare Ltd was birthed out of identifying the demand
for more experienced personnel within the healthcare sector, with
Covid-19 pandemic making it difficult for the care industry to meet these targets.
Following many years of working within the healthcare sector and
identifying the demand for experienced healthcare staff, the founders
researched on how they can come together and contribute within the
communities they live in.
The three have all worked in the healthcare
sector for over ten years and have a good understanding of every aspect
of person-centered care.
Our Care Objectives
● To be the homecare provider by which all other providers measure themselves
● To actively support service users and their representatives to
participate fully in developing their care/support plans, that meets
the individuals’ physical, emotional and well being needs, whilst
respecting and maintaining their human rights, privacy and dignity.
● To provide person centered individual care meeting an individuals
needs irrespective of race, ethnic origin, creed, colour, religion,
political affiliation, marital status, sexual gender/orientation,
disabilities and/or impairments.
● To deliver the highest quality comprehensive domiciliary care
service to all the service users of Greater Heights Health Care,
thereby supporting individuals to fulfill their individual potential
● To support individuals to remain living in their own homes / communities for as long as it is safe and practical for them to do so, whilst at all times ensuring that the staff provided by Greater Heightss Health Care respect and promote each individual right to independence, privacy, dignity, fulfillment and the right to make informed choices
● To recruit, train and retain a highly trained multi-cultural staff team
that always provide the highest quality of service to vulnerable
individuals, that are valued and motivated at all times by the
management team at Greater Heights Health Care.
● To promote independent living for clients, within their own homes
and communities, enabling each individual to fulfill their potential in
all areas of their lives
